My name is Ljiljana Vidaillac and my passion has developed through various experiences in Europe.
It all began in London in 1992. Employed as a simple waitress, my curiosity, my temperament and my desire to learn, led me very quickly to the position of senior manager in one of the leading French brasserie chains at the time.
There I learned the different aspects of managing a successful business in gastronomy.
8 years later a new adventure was offered to me, and one which is very sentimental in my eyes – France. New place, new challenge!
I decided to create my own restaurant, the “Kostana”, in an area where gastronomy rhymes with culture, the South-west of France. My greater satisfaction came from the recognition of the critics, such as Gault & Millau or le Petit Fûté and many attentions from the media (tv, magazine, newspapers).
And there, here I am! Hamburg modern city. Driven by a family project. A new concept this time – catering.
My personal belief is spending time on human relations because, for me, everyone is unique with different expectations. I like meeting people to get to know them around a nice cup of coffee and a warm conversation. I would say that what makes La Cuisine de Lilly so special is an individual approach with attention to details and colors to compose a handmade cuisine.
