Food is all about sharing, loving and memories. When I was a child, each month my Dad, after receiving his monthly pay, would take my brother and me to the restaurant around the corner. There, where we would taste the meat of the barbecue with vegetables of the season and spend precious time with his friends. Those are very special moments I will never forget.
I learn there and then that passion is the most important ingredients in all. My memories start there. Mixing modern and traditional styles, taking care of old values such as quality products, simple ingredients and commitment to the customer, my cuisine is handmade with a southern touch, mediterranean perfumes and colors.
I would like to bring you to my universe.
